The all encompassing ORB theory.

Bubbles rise up to and beyond the surface of water / mud / sludge and even differential gas/s with or without microbe / nano-crobics / exotic particulates etc. The ORB is warmed by the sun and or environment to rise in the sky with some achieving very high lofting levels. As conditions so high in the sky alter due to atmospheric conditions and type of sunlight and space radiation etc the ORB 's are altered in functionality and type as is the enclosed gas/s, static charge and microbe / nano-crobics / exotic particulates etc. ORB 's will have been produced since near the dawn of the planet spreading everywhere by wind and Jetstream effectively seeding Earth and sky with life albeit of a very small fundamental nature. Leading edges of planes and re entry vehicles may show these.

Invisible life in the skies-

Some ORB 's can contain gas which are hallucinogenic in composition whilst others are so altered in their make up to be weird science of variant colors and sizes passing through solid objects or having variant effect on them. Others can seem to be of a fundamental self propelling sentient intelligence whilst others merely drift around. Groupings of vast numbers may occur occasionally giving rise to atmospheric area glows and lights in the sky (e.g. UFO's. Although not all UFO's are these) with some of these appearing to behave against the wind or be self propelled. Some also are the seed for lightening fire balls and other high static charge phenomena which tend to move along the line of least resistance (Ley lines? Geodetic lines) or attracted along these. forum ORBs and video

Keeping Cool in the Hot

Movement of air over the skin is what’s key to keeping the body cool so see which direction the breeze is blowing outside (no matter how minimal it may be), and then open a few windows strategically to try to get it flowing through the house from end-to-end or side-to-side.

If the breeze alone isn’t enough, apply some fan power. Even small tabletop fans can really whip the air around. Placing one facing in by the window where air is coming in, and one at an opposite window positioned to blow warm air out, can create a nice “wind tunnel” effect pulling air through the house.
These strategies can be especially effective at night when it is cooler. But then it’s important to shut the windows when you leave for the day in the morning to keep the cooler air in and the warmth of the new day out. Keep blinds shut and curtains drawn, too, as sunlight pouring into the house only creates more heat. And remember that lights left on are not only wasting electricity they’re creating heat, as well.
Ceiling fans also do a nice job of circulating air in the rooms you occupy most, and though they do require some up-front costs for installation they use only about 1/30th the electricity of a room air conditioner.
Beyond moving the air around to keep cool -

One tried-and-true method is to wet your wrists and other pulse points with cold water, and then keep those spots cool by holding an ice cube wrapped in a face cloth against them. The relief is immediate, and this method will cool down the entire body—by as much as three degrees Fahrenheit—for upwards of an hour.
Or wear a short-sleeved shirt and keep the sleeves wet with cold water (from a squirt bottle, faucet or hose). Keeping the pant legs of long pants wet is also a good way to keep your legs cool. Add in a breeze or a fan, and you can actually get cold.

Of course, if you just can’t live without air conditioning, there are greener options out there. For starters, a single window unit that keeps one room cool is far less energy intensive and polluting than central air conditioning that keeps all the rooms in the house (including those you’re not using) cool. Look for labels which mark the units energy efficiency.

Edited extract article from http://www.about.com  .The website WikiHow.com lists several other various tips and tricks.

Keeping warm in the Cold

Planning is our savior on this point.
Grow as many fast growing trees as possible close to where you live to burn in the event of an emergency (if electric and gas are off. Remember the tree saw.). Purchase multiple 2.5 tog duvets or light easy dry blankets to wrap yourself in which dry more easily in cooler temperatures as they are thinner.

Obtain high insulating thermal hats and scarves (the folded beani hat is favorite as it can be pulled over the ears)  feet warmers and gloves. Have an emergency store of dry or canned food always available and low dose multi vitamin top ups. Obtain a small wood or twigs cooking heating unit for hot drinks and meals. Remember to burn any combustibles in a well ventilated area, fireplace or outside. Also keeping the mind buoyant and the body at least slightly active is essential.

Tech notes.
As the internet broad band speed is reducing due to overload and monitor width increasing you may find this type of page suitable and easy as it is fast to load. This html page should be compatible with 640 pixel wide, without horizontal scroll being necessary, and greater Browsers up to UK HD widescreen tv 1920 pixels wide without the left and right blank bands sometimes found. The font and size is adjusted for slightly limited sight folk (like the webmaster) to arial 12 point bold.
The banner is a 'stretchy' to 100 percent as is the 3 column table under it divided 50 50 per cent with 11 pixel center which includes one transparent spacer gif (a11x2.gif) to hold it apart similar to the background graphic to the center column which forms the center vertical line. All pictures are limited to 283 pixel wide with exception of the banner which can be a stretchy 577 pixel max wide to obviate horizontal scroll with 640 browsers (there are still many folk with the smaller monitors). Transparent 283 pix wide spacers are required to columns to avoid over crushing in smaller width monitors.
